
Gronau, October 20, 2025. Live broadcast of laser prostate surgery and exciting lectures on urinary tract infections, prosthetics in urology, artificial intelligence, and much more: Urology Day at St. Antonius Hospital in Gronau once again offers an informative insight into the Clinic for Urology, Urological Oncology, and Robot-Assisted Surgery.
The event is aimed at anyone interested in learning about the latest developments in modern urology, as well as doctors and medical professionals.
After the welcome at 10 a.m., the event will kick off with a live broadcast of a state-of-the-art, minimally invasive surgery: Dr. Armin Secker, head of the Urological Laser Center in Gronau, will demonstrate holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP). This is a modern procedure for treating benign prostate enlargement.
